We, The Cliff Resort & Residence, are seeking for Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Job description summary

  • In charge of sales on TO and TA. TO is a top priority
  • Keeps himself/herself well informed about the product (lodging, catering and other facilities).
  • Closely observes matters pertaining to competition (site, prices, services offered on a regular basis, quarterly or more often as needed).
  • Search for new clients and maintain & enforce relationship with existing accounts.
  • Establishes and manages the Sales Strategy of the Resort.
  • Develops and analyses new markets and new market segments
  • Forecasts future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the management.
  • Compiles contract analysis, allotment materialization
  • Responsible for the execution of yearly budget and developing business of related market segmentations.
  • Ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress and updates if necessary.
  • Ensure the availability of after-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients who have registered complaints.

Profile:

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • A sound knowledge of International Sales and marketing exposure
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Sales capacity
  • Self confident and able to work under the pressure
  • Capacity of organization
  • Previous experience with resort hotel would be an asset
